David & Sarah - Sue has been looking after our cats for a number of years now so I was really pleased to hear that she was setting up Fuzzy Fur Balls.  Sue treats my pets as if they were her own and I'm always pleased to come home to find them looking happy and well, plus the house is always tidy too.

 

Luke & Sarah - Sue and Sarah took care of our bearded dragon whilst we were away for a week, and they did a fantastic job. Happy to feed them live food and get extra salad etc when it ran out.  We have since used their services again whilst on a two week holiday, to look after the three beardies we have currently and we were not disappointed. Came back to very happy, well fed lizards.

Roxann - The ladies at fuzzy fur balls are fabulous. Very caring and gave us updates on our cat ever day when we were away. Thank you! can highly recommend.

Jason & Karen - Sue looked after our cat, Ava, for a week whilst we were away and we were very impressed with the service provided. Sue sent messages and photos at each visit and and we felt Ava was in very good hands. Very, very, happy with this excellent pet sitting service. John & Gazalla - We were wanted a reliable and caring service for our two house cats Vespa and Padfoot when we go on holiday and that is just what we got.  I found Sue to be very gentle and loving to my cats, and they  took to her immediately . Sue not only fed the cats but spent time a playing with them rather than a quick in and out service. Not only did we come back to very contented cats but also to a clean house ( Sue even hovered and mopped up the area around the cats litter tray).  They provide a fantastic service and I would highly recommend them.

Helen - I would like to say how much I appreciated the care given to my rabbits when I went away in August. They obviously received lots of attention as they were very friendly when I got home. Their houses were lovely and clean too.  The twice daily messages while I was away were reassuring that all was going well; I felt very confident that they were in safe hands.  I wouldn't hesitate to ask you to care for my pets again, or to recommend you, as I have done already, in fact.

 

Jane - I recently used Fuzzy Fur Balls to cat sit whilst I went away for a short mid week break, it was the second time this year that Sue came to visit our cat, we had Sue come in twice a day, it’s wonderful having the updates after each visit which are informative,  she also sent photos of the cat playing. It’s great to know we can leave the cat knowing she’s well looked after and in the comfort of her own home, which we value as pet owners so much. Nothing is too much trouble either, and the house was left tidy and secure. Will be using Fuzzy Fur Balls in the future for sure!!!!

Laura - Highly recommend Sarah and Sue! They do pop ins to see our dog several times a week and he has fallen in love with them both!

He is so happy to see them and gets so much love and attention….Couldn’t ask for more!  Communication is amazing with updates and photos of him during their visit showing how happy and comfortable he is!  They always make sure he gets his cuddles!

Clarke - Great friendly service, they cat sat out kitties on short notice for over a week recently. They arrived when they said they would, checked and fed cats and gave them a bit of TLC. Sent us daily report and photos recommend

Colette - We used Fuzzy Fur Balls for the first time yesterday.....what a fab service! Our furry friend can be a bit grumpy with new people but the girls came round beforehand to introduce themselves to doggo so he was prepared for the sitting day. We opted for two sits for the first day as it’s the longest he’s been on his own......Sarah sent us loads of pics and updates after each visit to keep us posted and our pooch was super happy. Couldn’t recommend Fuzzy Fur Balls enough.....thanks ladies x

Chris - Sue and Sarah have been visiting our cat Cinnamon for a few years now. They always keep us updated on how she is and send pictures. Cinnamon l'm sure looks forward to their visits as she loves human company. They often can come to visit at short notice if we decide to go away last minute that’s really helpful!

Sarah - Used for the first time last week and our girl was happy to be looked after by Sarah. Very good communication, will be using again!

Kyle - Had a great experience with Sarah this weekend, I was away for the weekend and Sarah made each of her visits on schedule and sent me photos with a message each time, made my trip more enjoyable knowing my pup was being looked after.

Heather - I was recommended this service by a friend at work. Fuzzy Fur Balls are extremely reliable, professional and flexible. We met both Sue and Sarah and did our prelim paperwork and they got to meet our 3 cats prior to looking after them. Whilst we were away we got daily photos of our boys being fed and playing - not only was it lovey to see them but it was a relief to see that they were so settled. We have already booked Fuzzy Fur Balls for our holidays this year and would not hesitate to recommend Sue and Sarah - an excellent and invaluable service!

Angela - Our cat is a very homely chap so we try not to use catteries when we go away. Denise - This service is brilliant! I am a very happy owner of 7 cats and would not consider using another pet service. Sarah and Sue always keep in contact when I am away by sending daily updates and pictures of all my cats. This takes the stress out of going away. I consider them exceptional as the first time they looked after my cats they had to deal with one of my cats having to be put to sleep. They are solid, professional team and that is what you get. Jaime and Drew - I would HIGHLY recommend Fuzzy Fur Balls - they are really genuine around animals. My story started with my golden retriever tearing through Sarah's house, without permission or knowledge, and she couldn't have been kinder. That's a huge thumbs up from us. Both Sarah and her sister are really accommodating and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. It is a great piece of mind that somebody cares for your pets the same way you do. Val - The girls have looked after our dogs and it was very successful. Recommended. We would recommend Fuzzy Fur Balls to anyone. Our two girls, Maggie and Mollie, are always well looked after. It means that we can go of for the day without worrying about getting back at a certain time. I can't tell you what it does for my peace of mind. Knowing that if there was a traffic hold up our anything, we could call Sarah or Sue and they would sort out the dogs for us. They are so honest and reliable. They always send us a picture of the dogs when they visit so we know they are ok. Excellent service.

Ana & Toshiro - We spent two-week holiday outside Uk, and Sara look after  our 2 dogs during this time. the service was great, we felt that ours dog were in very good hands, Sara sent us every day pictures for the girls when they were having their breakfast and walks, and send comment on how they looked and behaved,  on December 31, Sara surprised us with a double walk, she understood our concern for the fireworks so she take them for a second walk in the afternoon so the can feel more relax before the fireworks begins, this was unexpected so It was a surprise for us and make us feel that she really cares the welfare of dogs,  we very pleased with the service and for sure we will contact them again to look after our dogs.

Jo - It was the first time that I had left Snowy and Ernie for longer than a couple of nights. My son and I loved getting the daily up dates and photos and seeing what they were up too. Can't thank them enough for their care.

Lucy - We have just recently changed to Sarah and Sue (Fuzzy Furballs) as we weren't happy with our last pet sitter. We have got 2 house bunnies, who I am quite obsessive over! I hate to leave them so finding a new sitter was a nightmare for me! From the first time I met Sarah and Sue, I knew they were made for us!! They are as crazy about animals as me (in a totally good way!) 
The first time we had them look after the bunnies, we had gone away to South Wales for the weekend, and in the rush to get away, had forgotten to leave a key in the key safe for them. It was literally my worst nightmare! The bunnies were stuck inside and we were 250 miles away and no one had a spare key. We ended up having to get a locksmith out. Sarah sat outside our house for hours until this was sorted and she could get in to check on the bunnies. We felt so guilty, but all she kept saying was that she was more worried about checking the rabbits were okay!
Sarah spent some extra time with them that night making sure they were okay. Overall, I can't fault the service, especially this weekend. They went above and beyond what I was expecting, they are like our new guardian angels! We got a text with photos after each visit which is reassuring. The house was left exactly as we had left it and they had hoovered up any hay in the bunnies room! 
I hope Sarah and Sue never give this company up as we would never use anyone else!! I will be recommending them to everyone we know!! Thank you!

Rachel & Nic - We had Sue come and visit out two little fur monsters while we had a night away. We loved the updates and felt like our two boys were in great hands. Already have something in the diary for another mini break with Sue (and Sarah).

Sarah K - Sarah looked after our two cats over Christmas and we were so pleased with how well they were looked after. Sarah played their favourite laser games, gave them toys and cuddles and although they can be a little shy they both loved her. We loved receiving the daily updates, had peace of mind they were being well cared for and we came home to two very happy cats. We would definitely recommend Sarah and Sue!

Rob -  Sarah and Sue are wonderful people, and really do take great care of my Shih Tzu, Suki each week whilst I’m at work.

They offer a great service at a very reasonable price. I have no worries about Suki whilst I’m away, and she adores the time she gets to spend with them. I cannot recommend enough.

Colm - Fuzzy Fur Balls Pet Sitting Service in Monkston, we used them for our cat when we went for our honeymoon for 2 weeks in August and they are excellent.

 

Luke - Absolutely brilliant service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Sarah was very kind and caring and above all patient and gently with our very nervous little cat.

Sam - At first I was a little bit apprehensive at leaving my dog Ted with someone I didn't know but the first time Sarah and sue walked though my door he went happy crazy he absolutely adores them. They were very professional by that I mean getting all the nitty gritty out the way first then they both played with ted which I thought was great. Seeing my dog happy with them put me at ease and now ted looks forward to seeing them, if your looking for kind,animal lovers to walk or pop in for your fur babies I would 100% recommend, don't know what I would do without them.

 

Sue & John - After a bad experience with a previous dog sitter we just wanted someone to love and look after Gertie the way we would. We couldn't be more pleased with Sarah and Sue. From the first moment they met Gertie, she loved them and we could see they felt the same way. We have no worries about leaving her now as we know they will go above and beyond any expectations we have. They contact us regularly to let us know how she is and even send us pictures so we can see for ourselves. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them!!

 

David - First time I have used cat sitting service, very friendly people and reassuring, enjoyed the daily reports from Sue, will definitely be using again and recommending to other people, thank you both.

Kerry -You simply must choose Fuzzy Fur Balls for looking after your beloved pet, whether cats or a dog. Sarah and Sue are just so incredibly warm, loving and down to earth ladies, that you will instantly know you can trust them with your little friend. I just can't recommend them highly enough. I had never left my Chihuahua with anyone ever before, but I needed someone to walk her and rang around a few different agencies, and reviewed even more on-line. As soon as I met Sarah and Sue with Precious, I knew instantly they would be the ladies I'd trust with Precious, and Precious adores them too. 

 

Mark & Louise - The service provided by the lovely Sarah and Sue was first class. Their own love of animals meant that this is much more than a job to them. I knew that my guinea pigs were in safe hands during times that I was away from home, which gave me complete peace of mind. They were flexible to customer needs, and nothing was too much trouble. Competitively priced, and would recommend that they are your first point of call for the care of your pets.

Beckie - Herbert and Sherbert my buns were looked after Fuzzys and I woukd happily recommend and use them again.
I got regular updates and I had no worries about my buns being cared for by this fabulous service 😍😁

 

Darren - I cannot recommend these two ladies highly enough. If we go away for a few days or more, we sometimes have to put the dogs in kennels. They always seem to come home not themselves for a few days. To have a local business on our doorstep that offers this is great. In short, they are utterly professional and lovely to deal with. They walked us through all their insurance, sent us snaps on WhatsApp and just made us feel our loved pets were in very safe hands - you can see they love animals and their business.

 

Jodie - I had an excellent experience recently with Fuzzy Fur Balls looking after my two bunnies; I highly recommend their services. They gave me total piece of mind that my bunnies were in safe hands and were being well taken care of. A very professional service and I loved getting the daily pictures/updates on how my bunnies were doing.

 

Aly - Thank you so much for popping in to see Roo and Scamp last week. This was the first time I have had to use pet services, so was slightly anxious to begin with. Gavin - Sarah has looked after our cat tilly for the last few years when we are away from home. Very good service and always looks after our tilly very well.

Love the pup updates too! I know these ladies spoil them rotten and they are always there whenever i need even last minute (which is quite often) and they do everything they can to accommodate! Karen - I would highly recommend Sue & Sarah from Fuzzy Fur Balls. The service they provided was truly above and beyond. The service started from my first email, they replied promptly and you could tell straight away they were passionate about animals and their business.  They both came round to meet our 3 cats, at a time that suited us. They spent time familiarising themselves and bonding with our cats. We were able to read through a very thorough contract and see their CRB certificates. They asked lots of questions and made lots of notes. We had daily texts and photos and they took time out to give them playtime and cuddles after feeding time, they even took hessian string and catnip to play with them. Receiving the photos and updates was fantastic and comforting. When we arrived home all 3 cats were there waiting and looking very happy and content. The kitties had kindly brought them 2 presents whilst they were looking after them, a bird and a mouse, I guess that's a sign that the kitties loved their service too!!! There were no signs of feathers at all, the feeding area, bowls and sink were spotless, they had hoovered too. Our keys were posted through our letterbox the following day.Superb guys, thank you Sue & Sarah from us and the kitties.

Tammy - Both Sarah and Sue are fab, we had never used a dog walking service before but they put us at ease and our dog and cat are very happy to see them when they come and look after them. I would and have highly recommended them.

Both Sarah and Sue are very professional and Sue who has been looking after our cat and tortoise gives us the impression she genuinely enjoys seeing them. Sue sends us an update every day we are away with photos via WhatsApp. We would highly recommend this service to anyone in MK who has pet's and wants someone to look after them whilst your away. 😊

 

Nigel & Tracey - Fuzzy Fur Balls cared for our very timid cat Lucia whilst we were away for a week. Lucia took immediately to Sue at their very first meeting. We received daily photos which were very reassuring and Lucia was completely normal when we arrived home, not stressed at all. We have booked to use Fuzzy Fur Balls again later in the year and would definitely be happy to recommend them. I have confidence in their reliability and the security aspect of them visiting our home whilst we are away.

 

Ruth - First time we have used Fuzzy Fur balls petsitting service and I can highly recommend them, such a caring and professional service. I have 4 cats and 2 sisters who are a nervous breed. The smaller one was a bit elusive but she was fine as she had the other cats for company. I received photos twice daily from their 2 visits a day. I was so totally reassured with receiving updates and photos that I actually didn't worry so much about them as I'm a bit of a worried over my cats. It also helped me knowing that Sarah is local to me. my cats are perfectly happy and will use Fuzzy Fur Balls sitting service again.

 

Maria - This was the first time we’ve left our fur babies in the care of someone else due to attending a family wedding overseas. Both of our dogs are rescues so come with their very unique personalities, and it was during a very hot weather spell. They were well looked after and had lots of cuddles and attention instead of walks when it was too hot to walk them and we were sent photos of every visit. One of our dogs doesn’t like thunder so Sarah made sure she visited when the weather changed (another reassurance for us). There can be nothing worse than a fur mummy 🤣. Our dogs obviously loved their visits and the extra treats. Thank you both from all of us x

They clearly love what they do and most importantly our two cats are very fond of them so we know they are well looked after.

 

Marion - Hi Folks, If you need pet sitters look no further!  I’ve been using Fuzzy since the early part of the summer, came to Fuzzy when my previous cat sitter closed her business and I was really worried that I’d not be able to find anyone so good.  Sue and Sarah are amazing loving ladies. They spoil my two Boyz lavishing love cuddles and play... not to mention the food, treats and clean litter!  Photos and updates for each visit to me. 😻Look after the house too with lights on and off curtains open and closed and even a dishwasher empty!  I have the greatest admiration for Sue and Sarah nothing too much trouble, always reliable.  Really great service and fab ladies.  I’ve used the service more than twice a month since May this year. Faultless in every way!  Highly recommend.

 

Libby - Having always used a traditional cattery when we go away, we were a bit apprehensive about a pet sitting service. However, the service provided constant communications and care given to our two cats by Sue and Sarah was outstanding - I think the cats were disappointed that we came home! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and will certainly favour their service over a cattery going forward.

 

Neil - I was really pleased with the professional and caring service provided by Fuzzy Fur Balls Pet Sitting. They looked after my reef tank for a few weeks which can be rather tricky to keep an eye on, but I was really impressed with their regular updates which helped reassure me me anything was fine while I was away. I’d be more than happy to recommend their services.

 

Marcie - Sarah and Sue were wonderful! From day one, they were extremely responsive, responding to emails and then coming to meet our 2 cats before our trip. They went above and beyond, sending daily pictures and updates about our fur babies, brushing them, giving them cuddles, and more. Our cats were in good hands while we were away. It was such a relief to have such wonderful, trustworthy people looking after them. We would highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use their services. Phil - We have had Sue and Sarah help us with our pet care a few times and will continue to do so. They follow our routines and always send an update with a few photos so we can see how our pets are getting on. They provide a great service with a friendly and personal touch.

We are much happier going away knowing we have such great pet care, and knowing we will come home to happy, relaxed and well fed animals!

Carly - I can’t recommend Sue and Sarah enough. I started using their services for feeding my cat and then when I got our puppy, Sue started walking him in a regular basis. You can see they love your animals as much as you do. My dog can be a bit of a handful but Sue always looks forward to seeing him. They are also consistent in sending updates and messages after the visits so I can see what mischief the dog has been causing! They are extremely reliable and you will not be disappointed.

 

Gil and Jim - It was our first time using fuzzyfurballspetsitting and would certainly use them again to look after our chickens. They were really well cared for and totally pampered whilst we were away. We had daily updates and pictures on their progress. Would certainly recommend them and will use them in future. Very friendly and caring.

Gillian - Sue and Sarah recently looked after our chickens and quail whilst we had a short holiday. From the beginning Sue and Sarah were great, coming round to meet all of the birds and understanding all of their care needs well in advance of our holiday. I’m really nervous of leaving my girls in the care of new people however Sue and Sarah made sure to send daily updates so we were soon able to relax knowing they were being well cared for.  I would happily recommend Fuzzy Fur Balls and hope to have Sarah and Sue look after our little flock again in the future.

Luit - Fuzzy furballs visited my house over several days on two separate occasions, they took the time to meet with me and my cat first and then during the visits i got updates with photos. My cat was well cared for and I would not hesitate to use them again.

They took detailed notes and provided us with credentials and lots of information. We scheduled them for only three days, but had to leave half a day earlier than planned due to last-minute travel changes. I messaged them from the airport and asked if they could do an unplanned visit that evening and they happily obliged! We got morning and evening updates, with photos. We returned to a healthy, happy kitty. I could not be more pleased!

The updates and photos were a nice touch and put our minds at ease as this was the first time our cats have been looked after by anyone other than family. For us this is hands down a better option than a cattery, especially with multiple cats.
