Covid 19 Policy

We take our customers and our own health and safety very seriously so we have prepared our policy document so that you have peace of mind when you book us.  If you have any concerns please contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Our processes are as follows -

1/  As we take bookings with existing  and new customers we will be asking you to confirm if you or anyone in your household has been ill or is currently feeling unwell. 

2/ Before entering your property we will use hand sanitizer to thoroughly clean our hands.  The sanitizer complies with the required level of alcohol to ensure its effectiveness.  We have disposable, single use gloves available and will wear these when appropriate.  If we are washing bowls we may need to remove these gloves in which case we will ensure our hands have been thoroughly washed in accordance with the guidelines.

3/ We will ensure we minimise contact with surfaces around your homes and will clear up after each visit, as we do now.  Can we please ask that customers leave out paper towels and disinfectant spray.

4/ Upon leaving the property we will be use hand sanitizer again prior to leaving.

5/ We will only wear masks if a customer requires this and this will incur an additional charge of 50 pence per visit.  We will double check with customers as they book if this is a requirement.

6/ For new customer visits we will be wearing gloves and masks during the meeting.  We will document care plans as usual but will ask customers to provide their own pens for signing the contracts.
